NB: Monthly Filming Schedules are drawn up using estimated figures for the number of reels and volumes. Exact details for each month are not confirmed until the Project Office receives accurate figures following servicing of collections.

NB: Filming Schedules are presented in MS Excel format. To download we recommend right-clicking on the link and choosing the "Save Target As.." option, and saving to your hard drive. If you require further help please email us.

Servicing Schedules

Titles being filmed from the BLNL collection will normally be serviced between one and three months prior to the filming date. More information can be found in chapter seven of the Project Handbook. Servicing of titles from local collections should be completed at least one month prior to the filming date. Comprehensive guidance is available in chapter four of the Project Handbook .

If you require further clarification of how the Filming Schedules work, then please contact Simon Kellas at the Project Office.

labelLabels For Microfilm Boxes

Colour sticky labels (see image right) for microfilm boxes are now available free to all participants who are receiving Project film.

They measure 76mm x 38mm and are designed to fit neatly onto film storage boxes. They show the Project logo, as well as the HLF logo and the text "provided by the Newsplan 2000 Project".

If you would like to order labels, then please contact Simon Kellas at the Project Office, confirming the number you require (they come in sheets of 12) and the address to which they should be sent.

Please note that labels are not automatically sent with the microfilm and must be ordered seperately.
